Instant Funding says it launched in June 2022, and its name refers to accounts you can trade without passing an evaluation. Next to its Instant Funding and IF1 accounts, it sells One-Phase and Two-Phase challenges plus Micro versions of both, on MetaTrader 5, cTrader and Match-Trader.
The Instant Funding account has no daily loss limit. Instead it uses Smart Drawdown, which starts at 10% of the starting balance and tightens to 5% once you're 5% in profit. This review covers six programs. Others in the lineup, including Two-Phase Max, IF Micro, Instant Funding GO and the Clarity accounts, weren't captured on the day of the check.
Pros and cons
Pros
- All captured prices are one-time fees, and a $10,000 One-Phase Micro challenge costs $39.
- One-Phase, One-Phase Micro, Two-Phase and Two-Phase Micro all use a static drawdown measured from the starting balance.
- Funded challenge accounts pay out on demand, and One-Phase and Two-Phase can reach a 90% split by making 10% profit in 3 months.
- The Instant Funding account has no daily loss limit, no minimum trading days and no consistency rule.
- The funded-account news restriction doesn't apply during challenge phases, on the Micro challenges or on IF1.
Cons
- Trustpilot currently shows two notices on the firm's page: 'This company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines.' and 'We've removed a number of fake reviews for this company.'
- The firm's disclaimer says: 'Profit payouts derive primarily from the registration fees the company collects – not from real trading profits.'
- The General Terms prohibit leaving a public review 'which is unsubstantiated, not accurate or constructive and is unnecessarily harmful against the Instant Funding brand' (clause 18.18) and let the firm change fees and passing conditions at any time (clause 9.6).
- Official documents name different providers: IF Pro Ltd in Saint Lucia on the website, and Acello Ltd in the June 2026 General Terms.
- Instant Funding accounts cost several times more per dollar of capital than the challenges, and weekend holding on them needs an add-on.

Who Instant Funding suits
Instant Funding suits a trader who would rather pay more upfront than sit an evaluation. The Instant Funding account has no profit target, no daily loss limit, no minimum days and no consistency rule, so the drawdown is the main line to watch.
If you don't mind an evaluation, the challenges give you far more capital for the fee. A $10,000 Two-Phase account costs $89 and a $10,000 One-Phase Micro costs $39, against $459 for a $10,000 Instant Funding account. Both challenge families use a static drawdown and pay on demand once funded.
It's a poor fit if you want certainty about who you're contracting with and what you're signing. The firm's documents name different companies as the provider, its General Terms let it change fees and passing conditions at any time, and several products in the lineup weren't covered by the pages checked.
How Smart Drawdown and the challenge loss limits work
On a $10,000 Instant Funding account, Smart Drawdown starts with a floor of $9,000, 10% below the starting balance, and there's no separate daily limit. Once your balance gains 5% and reaches $10,500, the limit becomes 5% of the starting balance, so the floor moves up to $9,500 and stays there permanently.
That switch matters in two ways. You can't request a payout until it happens, and it cuts your room: at $10,500 you have $1,000 left before the floor, not $1,500. The trading rules also cap risk per trade idea at 3% of the starting balance on Instant Funding accounts, or $300 here.
The challenges are more conventional. A $100,000 Two-Phase account needs $8,000 in phase one and $5,000 in phase two, with a 5% daily limit and a static 10% drawdown, so the floor stays at $90,000 however the account moves. Once funded, risk per trade idea is capped at half the starting daily drawdown, $2,500 here, and the $100,000 account is limited to 40 lots on currency pairs.
One gap applies to every program with a daily limit: the program tables give it as a percentage 'of balance' but don't state whether it's measured on closed balance or equity, or when it resets. Confirm both with support before you trade close to the limit. Leverage is also temporarily cut to 1:5 on metals, oil and indices on funded accounts.
What Instant Funding costs
All captured prices are one-time fees. Instant Funding accounts run from $44 for $625 to $5,499 for $120,000. IF1 costs from $25 for $2,000 to $939 for $200,000, though the account closes 24 hours after your first trade.
The challenges cost much less for the capital. One-Phase runs from $44 for $5,000 to $1,379 for $200,000, Two-Phase from $48 for $5,000 to $1,078 for $200,000, and One-Phase Micro from $39 for $10,000 to $519 for $200,000. Prices are the same for Commission-free and RAW Spreads account types.
Two-Phase Micro prices aren't quoted here, because the product data carries both a sale price and a higher regular price and the checkout price wasn't confirmed. Activation fees aren't stated for any program, and add-on prices, such as for the 90% split or major news trading, aren't covered here. Check the total, including any add-ons, at checkout.
Payouts and profit split
The Instant Funding account pays 80%, or 90% with an add-on. The first payout comes 14 days after your first trade and later ones every 7 days after placing a new trade, and only once Smart Drawdown has locked in at 5% profit.
One-Phase and Two-Phase pay on demand at 80%. You can raise the split to 90% by making 10% profit within 3 months, or get 90% straight away with an add-on. One-Phase Micro and Two-Phase Micro also pay on demand, at 80% or 90% with an add-on.
Scaling depends on the drawdown type. Smart Drawdown accounts double at each 10% gain, up to $1,280,000, while static-drawdown accounts grow by 25% every 90 days after a 10% gain, up to 100% of the starting balance. Across all your accounts, the combined starting balance is capped at $1,000,000.
Risk signals and rules that catch traders out
Trustpilot currently shows a notice on Instant Funding's page that 'This company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines.' A second notice says: 'We've removed a number of fake reviews for this company.' That leaves no Trustpilot rating to go by.
The firm's own documents add more to weigh. Its disclaimer states: 'Profit payouts derive primarily from the registration fees the company collects – not from real trading profits.' Clause 9.6 of the General Terms says: 'Instant Funding reserves the right to unilaterally change the fees and parameters of the Services at any time, including the parameters for their successful completion.' And clause 18.18 lists as prohibited to 'leave a public review which is unsubstantiated, not accurate or constructive and is unnecessarily harmful against the Instant Funding brand'.
Official pages also disagree about who you're dealing with. The Disclaimers and About pages name IF Pro Ltd, a Saint Lucia company, with Acello Ltd of London as its payment agent. The General Terms uploaded in June 2026 say the services are provided by Acello Ltd, trading as Instant Funding.
On funded accounts, trades within 4 minutes before or after major news are restricted: profits may be adjusted and the account reset. That rule doesn't apply to challenge phases, the Micro challenges or IF1. Weekend holding on Instant Funding accounts and funded One-Phase and Two-Phase accounts needs the major news trading add-on, which lowers leverage on currencies from 1:100 to 1:30. Public third-party EAs are restricted, and trades held 60 seconds or less count as high-frequency trading, which isn't permitted.
Which Instant Funding program fits which trader
The Instant Funding account is for a trader who wants to skip evaluation and trade without a daily limit, and who accepts paying several times more per dollar of capital. Reach 5% without touching the 10% floor, and you can start requesting payouts, the first 14 days after your first trade.
IF1 is a one-day sprint. A $10,000 IF1 account costs $69, closes automatically 24 hours after your first trade and pays 90% once, if you finish with at least $200 of net profit inside a 2% daily limit and a 4% maximum drawdown. Its 15% consistency rule means no trade can exceed 15% of total profit, so you need at least 7 winning trades. If your 24 hours would cross a weekend, note that the IF1 table lists weekend holding as available, but the trading rules page's weekend list doesn't name IF1.
Among the challenges, Two-Phase and Two-Phase Micro share the widest static drawdown, 10%, with targets of 8% and 5%. Two-Phase adds a 5% daily limit and 3 minimum days, while Two-Phase Micro has a 4% daily limit and no minimum. One-Phase asks for 10% against an 8% floor and a 3% daily limit, and One-Phase Micro for 7% against a 7% floor, with a 4% daily limit and no minimum days.
Verdict
Instant Funding fits a trader who wants to skip evaluation, likes a drawdown without a daily limit and can pay a much higher fee for that. If you don't mind an evaluation, Two-Phase or One-Phase Micro gives you a static drawdown and on-demand payouts for far less. Before buying anything, read the firm's disclaimer that payouts come primarily from registration fees, the clause that lets it change fees and passing conditions at any time, and the clause on public reviews. With Trustpilot showing the rating as unavailable and the firm's documents naming different providers, only buy an account you can afford to lose.
Frequently asked questions
Is Instant Funding legit?
Instant Funding says it launched in June 2022 and names its companies, though its documents disagree: the website names IF Pro Ltd in Saint Lucia, while the June 2026 General Terms name Acello Ltd. Trustpilot currently shows a notice on its page that ‘This company’s rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines.’ and another that says ‘We’ve removed a number of fake reviews for this company.’ Its General Terms also prohibit leaving a public review ‘which is unsubstantiated, not accurate or constructive and is unnecessarily harmful against the Instant Funding brand’. Searches of the FCA and FINMA warning lists on September 14, 2026 found no entry for it.
Where do Instant Funding payouts come from?
The firm’s disclaimer answers that directly: ‘Profit payouts derive primarily from the registration fees the company collects – not from real trading profits.’
Can Instant Funding change the rules after you buy?
Its General Terms allow it. Clause 9.6 says: ‘Instant Funding reserves the right to unilaterally change the fees and parameters of the Services at any time, including the parameters for their successful completion.’
What is Instant Funding’s Smart Drawdown?
It’s the drawdown on the Instant Funding account. The limit starts at 10% of the starting balance and becomes 5% of the starting balance, permanently, once the balance gains 5%. There’s no separate daily limit, and you need to reach that 5% before you can request a payout.
How often does Instant Funding pay out?
Instant Funding accounts pay 14 days after your first trade, then every 7 days after placing a new trade, at 80% or 90% with an add-on. One-Phase, Two-Phase and the Micro challenges pay on demand. IF1 pays once, after its 24-hour trading window closes.
Can you trade news with Instant Funding?
During challenge phases, on the Micro challenges and on IF1, yes. On other funded accounts, trades within 4 minutes before or after major news are restricted, and profits from them may be adjusted and the account reset, unless you have the major news trading add-on.
