TopOne Trader (toponetrader.com) sells simulated funded accounts on five plans, all forex and CFD: 1-Step FLASH, 2-Step PRO, Nova, Instant Funding and Instant Prime. Its Terms name Top One Trader, LLC, with a registered office in Mutsamudu, Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Accounts run on MatchTrader, TradeLocker and MetaTrader 5 in sizes from $5,000 to $300,000, and every price is a one-time fee in dollars, from $7 for a Nova evaluation to $2,537 for a $200,000 Instant Funding account.

This TopOne Trader review uses the plan cards and help-center articles checked on September 30, 2026. What separates the plans: FLASH has a 10% target and a 7% trailing drawdown that locks at the starting balance; PRO has 8% and 5% targets and a static 9% maximum loss; Nova starts at $7 and adds an activation fee after passing; the two instant plans have no evaluation and pay out from day 30 (Instant Funding) or day 14 (Instant Prime).

Highlights and good to know

Highlights

  • Nova costs $7 at every size from $25,000 to $300,000 to start, and evaluation resets are free, with no cap on their number; the activation fee ($550 on $100,000) is paid within 30 days of passing.
  • 2-Step PRO has a static 9% maximum loss and no consistency rule on the evaluation or the funded account, from $69 for $5,000.
  • 1-Step FLASH has no time limit and no consistency rule, and its 7% trailing drawdown locks at the starting balance once the account is up 7%.
  • Instant Prime allows a first payout 14 days after funding, with the split rising from 80% to 90% to 100% over the first three payouts.
  • Weekend holding is allowed on FLASH, PRO and Nova, and news trading is allowed in the FLASH and Nova evaluations.
  • MatchTrader and MetaTrader 5 run from $5,000 and TradeLocker from $10,000, so the platform can be chosen separately from the plan on FLASH, PRO, Instant Funding and Instant Prime; Nova runs on TradeLocker and MetaTrader 5.
  • Payouts go out by bank transfer or cryptocurrency through RiseWorks, and the help center puts typical processing at 24 to 48 business hours.

Good to know

  • Funded accounts are simulated accounts held under a separate agreement. Passing is followed by KYC (1 to 2 business days, up to 5 when volume is high) and a risk review, and the firm may ask for a video interview before processing a withdrawal.
  • A $25,000 ceiling applies to net profit retained plus withdrawals in any rolling 30 days across all of a trader's accounts; profit above it is deducted from the balance (Nova's page says it may be deducted). A 2% processing fee is charged on all payouts.
  • On funded accounts news trading is not allowed by default (FLASH: no trade opened or closed within 5 minutes before or after high-impact news; Instant Prime sells a News Trading add-on) and the rules pages do not permit EAs; evaluations allow your own unique EA. Instant Funding and Instant Prime do not allow EAs.
  • MetaTrader 5 is not offered in the United States, Canada, U.S. Outlying Territories or Puerto Rico. TradeLocker starts at $10,000, and Nova runs on TradeLocker and MetaTrader 5. Citizens or residents of 26 countries cannot use the services.
  • The 2-Step PRO v2 pages refund the evaluation fee in full on the 4th approved payout, and the Prime plan card labels its fee refundable.
  • Nova's activation fee at $300,000 is $1,210 on the plan card and $1,247 in the pay-after-you-pass article; the PRO funded minimum payout and split are 2% and up to 90% on the home page FAQ and 3% and up to 100% on the v2 pages.

The five plans side by side on a $100,000 account

At $100,000 the list prices are $575 for 1-Step FLASH, $541 for 2-Step PRO, $1,142 for Instant Funding and $798 for Instant Prime. Nova costs $7 to start plus a $550 activation fee after passing, $557 in total. The pages for the other four plans state no activation fee.

On that size the loss rules read: FLASH a $7,000 trailing drawdown and $4,000 daily loss; PRO a static $9,000 maximum loss and a 4% daily loss limit ($4,000 on a $100,000 starting balance); Instant Funding $6,000 and $3,000; Instant Prime $5,000 and $2,500. Nova has no daily loss limit in the evaluation (drawdown $6,000), then $3,000 daily and $5,000 trailing once funded.

Targets are $10,000 on FLASH, $8,000 then $5,000 on PRO and $5,000 on Nova; the instant plans have none. FLASH and PRO require 3 profitable days of at least 0.5% ($500 here), Nova has no minimum days, and FLASH and Nova state no time limit.

FLASH: a drawdown that trails to 7% and then stays put

On a $100,000 FLASH account the drawdown floor starts at $93,000, 7% below the starting balance. The help center says it moves up with the closing balance until the account is up 7% overall, then locks at the starting balance: at $107,000 the floor reaches $100,000 and stops, before the 10% target of $110,000. The daily loss limit is 4% ($4,000), measured from the previous day's highest balance or equity.

On a funded account, requesting a payout locks the drawdown at the initial balance, and a 3% daily profit cap ($3,000 here) pauses trading for the day; profit above the cap is voided and is not a breach.

PRO uses a static 9% maximum loss instead, so its floor on $100,000 stays at $91,000. Resets are priced by stage: on $100,000, FLASH charges $258.30 in Phase 1 and $1,170 funded, PRO $244, $813 and $2,168 for Phase 1, Phase 2 and funded. Resets must be requested within 14 days of a breach.

Equity Shield, stop losses and soft breaches

Equity Shield is an automatic close-out tool described on the FLASH and 2-Step PRO pages. If the daily loss on open trades exceeds 2% on any one symbol, or 2.5% across all symbols, it closes trades automatically in most cases. On $100,000 those triggers are $2,000 and $2,500, both below the 4% daily loss limit ($4,000) that FLASH and PRO use.

A stop loss must be active whenever a trade is entered. A trade opened without one is closed automatically and counts as a soft breach; a No Stop Loss add-on removes the requirement. Each account is allowed a set number of soft breaches: 8 on 2-Step PRO, 10 on Instant Funding, 5 on Instant Prime. The maximum drawdown, the daily loss limit and the rule to place a trade at least once every 30 days are labelled hard breaches.

FLASH funded accounts, Instant Funding and Instant Prime allow a maximum lot size of 20% of account size, capped at 20 lots. The Terms list high-frequency trading, tick scalping, hedging between accounts, account churning and multiple IP addresses, among other practices, as prohibited.

Nova: $7 to start, an activation fee after passing

Nova's evaluation fee is $7 at each of its five sizes, $25,000 to $300,000. After passing, the trader has 30 days to pay a one-time activation fee of $165, $275, $550 or $880 for the first four sizes. For $300,000 the plan card shows $1,210 and a help article $1,247.

The evaluation is one phase with a 5% target ($5,000 on $100,000), a 6% trailing drawdown that locks at the starting balance, no daily loss limit, no minimum trading days and no time limit. Evaluation resets cost nothing and have no cap on their number.

Funded Nova has a 3% daily loss limit, a 5% trailing drawdown that locks upon payout and forex leverage of 30:1 (100:1 in the evaluation). The split is 90%, or 100% with the upgrade, payouts open every 14 days (7 with the add-on), and approval needs an Equity Stability Score of 20% or lower. A funded reset costs $424.15 on $100,000.

Instant Funding and Instant Prime: two ways to score a payout

Instant Funding applies a 15% consistency rule: the largest profitable day divided by total profit must be 15% or below, and 15% exactly qualifies. On a $50,000 account the minimum payout is $1,000 (2% of the balance), and at that profit no day may exceed $150 (15% of $1,000), which takes at least 7 profitable days if they are equal in size. The first payout comes 30 days after funding, then every 30 days, with the split climbing from 60% to 70%, 80% and 90% from the fourth payout.

Instant Prime replaces it with an Equity Stability Score: the largest winning day plus the absolute value of the largest losing day, divided by total profit, must be 20% or below. On a $50,000 Prime account with $1,000 of total profit, the largest winning day and the largest losing day may add up to $200 at most (20% of $1,000). The first payout comes after 14 days, then every 14 days, and the split rises from 80% to 90% to 100% (100% from the start with the add-on).

Prime runs a 5% trailing drawdown and a 2.5% daily loss limit (accounts bought on or after October 25, 2025), against 6% and 3% on Instant Funding (accounts bought on or after October 14, 2025).

Payout rules and the funded terms on the home page

The home page FAQ describes funded FLASH and 2-Step PRO accounts together: first payout 14 days after receiving the funded account, later payouts every 14 days (weekly with the Weekly Payout add-on), a split up to 90/10 depending on add-ons and a 2% minimum payout, $1,000 on $50,000. The 2-Step PRO v2 pages state 3% ($1,500 on $50,000), an 85% base split and up to 100% with an add-on.

Each PRO request is capped at 6% of account size up to $15,000, which is $6,000 on $100,000 against a $3,000 minimum. FLASH pays 80%, or 90% with the upgrade, and needs 3 profitable days on top of the 14 days.

The help center puts typical processing at 24 to 48 business hours after a risk review, and the home page and Nova page quote average payout times of 30 to 90 minutes. The maximum initial allocation is $600,000, and scaling reaches $5 million in the allocation article and $2,000,000 on the PRO v2 overview.

Verdict

TopOne Trader fits a trader who wants to choose the structure before the size: a one-phase 10% target with a drawdown that locks (FLASH), a static 9% maximum loss across two phases (PRO), a $7 evaluation with the cost deferred to an activation fee (Nova), or an account funded on purchase (Instant Funding with a 15% consistency rule, Instant Prime with a 20% ESS). Confirm the PRO payout minimum and the Nova $300,000 activation fee at checkout. MetaTrader 5 is not offered in the United States, Canada, U.S. Outlying Territories or Puerto Rico; MatchTrader and TradeLocker are listed for all approved countries, and Nova runs on TradeLocker and MetaTrader 5 only.
