CryptoFundTrader is a crypto-focused prop program run by SWISS RLCRATES AG (CHE-162.567.204) in Zug, Switzerland. This review covers four of its products: the Instant Evaluation (no profit target to open), the 1-Phase Evaluation (10% target), the 2-Phase Evaluation (8% then 5%) and the Break Evaluation (dollar targets and a trailing loss limit). Platforms are MetaTrader 5, Match-Trader and Bybit, and the evaluation prices are one-time fees.
The firm describes itself as an online financial education provider: trading takes place on demo accounts and payouts are called scholarship rewards. Positions can stay open overnight and over the weekend on every account type, news trading is allowed, the 1-Phase and 2-Phase Live Stages pay 80%, and rewards go out in USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum or by bank transfer. Across these four products, prices run from $40 for a $5,000 1-Phase account to $1,250 for a $200,000 2-Phase account.
Highlights and good to know
Highlights
- Entry prices start at $40 for a $5,000 1-Phase Evaluation and $70 for a $25,000 Break Evaluation, both one-time fees.
- Positions may be held overnight and over the weekend on every account type and instrument, and news trading is allowed.
- The 2-Phase Evaluation uses a static 10% maximum loss and a 5% daily limit, with targets of 8% and then 5% and no minimum trading days.
- The Break Evaluation has no separate daily loss limit, and its Final Stage pays on demand with no minimum traded days.
- The Instant Evaluation needs no profit target to open: each +10% of simulated profit doubles the account up to $1,280,000, with the split rising from 50% to 90%.
- Rewards can be paid by bank transfer in EUR or USD, or in USDT (ERC20 or TRC20), Bitcoin or Ethereum, with an average processing time of about 8 hours.
- Fees can be paid by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cryptocurrency.
Good to know
- Terms describe the business as online financial education: all trading is on demo accounts and payouts are scholarship rewards.
- A Break account becomes a Final Stage account after the Activation Fee: $138 for $25,000, $198 for $50,000 and $328 for $100,000.
- Final Stage allocation is capped at $300,000 in total starting balance per user for 1-Phase and 2-Phase accounts; Instant allows up to 3 active accounts and Break up to 5 Final Stage accounts, each outside that cap.
- Leverage differs by product and size: the homepage shows up to 1:100 for 1-Phase and 2-Phase, while the Terms set 1:30 for forex and commodities, 1:20 for indices and 1:5 for crypto and stocks on the smaller accounts.
- Account resets after a rule breach are offered on 1-Phase and 2-Phase Live Stage accounts, not on Instant or Break.
- The refund policy gives a 14-day withdrawal right that applies until a position is opened on the demo account.

Weekend positions, news and 1:5 crypto leverage
The FAQ states that positions may stay open overnight and over the weekend regardless of account type or instrument, and that news trading is allowed. For a crypto strategy that means there is no need to close positions before the weekend. On 1-Phase and 2-Phase the daily loss limit is measured from the account balance at 12:05 AM UTC.
Instant lists forex and commodities at 1:30, indices at 1:20 and crypto and stocks at 1:5. Break uses 1:100 on every asset class and size. For 1-Phase and 2-Phase the firm's pages give two readings: the homepage shows up to 1:100, while the Terms put $5,000 to $25,000 accounts in a Student tier with the Instant figures and the larger sizes in an Advanced tier at 1:100 (from $100,000 on 1-Phase, with $50,000 listed under neither tier, and from $50,000 on 2-Phase).
Four products, four sets of loss limits
Instant has a 4% daily and a 6% overall limit. 1-Phase adds a 10% target, a 4% daily limit and a 6% trailing limit. 2-Phase asks for 8% and then 5%, with a 5% daily limit and a fixed 10% overall limit; neither has minimum trading days. Break uses dollar targets of $1,250, $3,000 and $6,000, needs one trading day, has no separate daily limit and trails 4% of the highest balance on 25K and 50K, or 3% on 100K.
At $25,000 the one-time prices are $219 for 1-Phase, $240 for 2-Phase and $70 for Break, whose $138 Activation Fee is paid after passing and makes that size $208 in total. At $100,000 the figures are $619, $660 and $199 plus a $328 fee, or $527 in total. No Activation Fee is published for Instant, 1-Phase or 2-Phase.
Drawdown floors in dollars: $100,000 on 1-Phase and 2-Phase, $50,000 on Break
On the $100,000 1-Phase account ($619) the trailing limit starts at $94,000 and rises with the highest balance. In the FAQ's example the account reaches $107,000 and the limit sits at $100,000, where it stays; with a 6% gap that happens at a $106,000 high. The daily limit is 4% of the balance at 12:05 AM UTC, or $4,000, and the 10% target is $10,000.
The $100,000 2-Phase account ($660) keeps its floor at $90,000 whatever the balance does, with a 5% daily limit of $5,000 and targets of $8,000 then $5,000. Two add-ons move those numbers: Daily Drawdown 6% costs 15% of the price ($99) and lifts the daily limit to $6,000, and Max Drawdown 12% costs 25% ($165) and moves the floor to $88,000.
On the $50,000 Break account ($139) the limit is 4%, or $2,000, so the floor begins at $48,000, rises with the highest balance and locks at $50,000 once profit passes $2,000. The $3,000 target (6%) sits beyond that lock point, and the trailing floor is the only loss limit the firm publishes.
Instant Evaluation: the account doubles at every +10%
The Instant Evaluation has no phases and no profit target to open. Each +10% of simulated profit triggers a Withdrawal & Upgrade: the scholarship reward is processed and the account moves up a level. On the $2,500 ladder the levels double from $2,500 to $1,280,000, nine doublings in all. The target at each level is the level times 1.10, and the split starts at 50% and steps to 60%, 70%, 80% and 90%, reaching 90% at the $40,000 level.
On the $5,000 account ($240) the daily limit is 4%, or $200, and the overall limit is 6%, or $300; a +10% gain of $500 takes the account to $10,000. Two rules apply to every program, not only Instant: simulated profit is capped at $10,000 per day and/or per trade, and opposite positions held together for 60 seconds or more are not allowed, including across your own accounts under different emails, unless the first trade has been open 24 hours. The cap matters on the larger Instant levels: at $160,000 the +10% target is $16,000.
Break: the Activation Fee, the 40% day rule and on-demand payouts
Break costs $70, $139 or $199 for 25K, 50K or 100K, with targets of 5% on the smallest size and 6% on the others. After passing, the Activation Fee of $138, $198 or $328 moves the account to the Final Stage; on 50K that is $337 in total.
The Final Stage pays 80% on demand with no minimum traded days, provided no rule has been broken. At payout, no single trading day may account for more than 40% of total profits, and a request that misses it is rejected until the requirement is met. With $3,000 of total profit the best day must be $1,200 or less, and an 80% split is $2,400.
Scholarship rewards on the 1-Phase and 2-Phase Live Stages
The Live Stages pay 80%, or up to 90% with the 90% Bonus Performance add-on, which costs 20% of the evaluation price. A request is available after 15 traded days or every 30 calendar days, provided no rules have been broken; the Weekly Scholarship Request add-on, also 20% of the price, allows one every 7 traded days. On the $100,000 2-Phase account ($660) each add-on is $132.
Processing averages about 8 hours, and the team may take up to 48 business hours to review and send the payment. Methods are bank transfer in EUR or USD, or a wallet in USDT (ERC20 or TRC20), Bitcoin or Ethereum.
A reset after a rule breach costs from $198 on a $5,000 1-Phase account to $3,980 on $200,000, and from $180 to $3,620 on 2-Phase; it needs a stop loss on every trade, no trade above 2% risk and a request within 30 calendar days. A suspended account holding simulated profit can still qualify for up to 50% of the reward under the same conditions, with 15 days traded and a request within 7 calendar days.
Verdict
CryptoFundTrader fits a crypto-leaning trader who wants to hold positions through weekends and trade news with no requirement to close positions before the weekend. Among the percentage-based limits, 2-Phase is the widest (5% daily, fixed 10% overall), while 1-Phase asks for one 10% target at a lower price at every size. Break suits a trader who prefers a $70 to $199 entry price, no separate daily limit and on-demand payouts, and is comfortable with a $138 to $328 Activation Fee after passing and a 40% single-day rule at payout. Instant suits scaling in steps rather than passing a target, from $125 for a $2,500 account.
