Blueberry Funded is operated by Blueberry Markets (SVG) LLC (2090 LLC 2022), with an address in Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and BBF Treasury Pty Ltd facilitates its treasury services. It sells six programs: Flex 1 Step, 1-Step, Prime 2-Step, the instant accounts Instant Elite and Instant Lite, and a two-step challenge called Synthetic Indices Only. Instruments cover forex, indices, metals, energies and crypto.
What sets it apart is a cap on risk per trade idea on most programs, as low as 1% on Flex 1 Step, and very small starting sizes, down to $1,250 on Instant Lite. Its rules also vary by purchase date, and its news policy can void an entire payout, so the fine print matters here.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Flex 1 Step pairs a 12% target with a 12% static drawdown, no minimum trading days and an 85% split.
- Four programs use a static maximum drawdown: Flex 1 Step, 1-Step, Prime 2-Step and Synthetic Indices Only.
- Small entry sizes: $1,250 on Instant Lite and $2,500 on Prime 2-Step and Instant Elite.
- Payouts run every 14 days on five programs, with 7-day and on-demand schedules listed as available.
- Prime 2-Step has no maximum risk per trade idea.
- Flex 1 Step, 1-Step, Prime 2-Step and Instant Elite have no consistency rule.
Cons
- Trustpilot currently shows a notice on the firm's page: "This company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines." The page also says: "We've removed a number of fake reviews for this company."
- The firm's news policy says that if 3 or more trades in a single payout request count as high-impact news trading, the entire payout is voided and the account is reset to its starting balance. The homepage and help center also conflict on whether news trading is allowed.
- Risk per trade idea is capped: 1% on Flex 1 Step, 1.5% on funded 1-Step and instant accounts, with 2% only through an add-on.
- Instant accounts run under "continuous performance validation", and payout eligibility depends on consistent trading behavior over multiple days, which the pages checked don't define further.
- Rules differ by purchase date, and weekend holding, the evaluation platforms and the founding year aren't clearly published.

Trading restrictions and platforms
- News trading: Conflicting official pages: homepage comparison says 'Allowed (Subject to Policy)'; help center says 'News trading is not allowed on evaluation and earning accounts' — no opening or closing trades 2 minutes before and 2 minutes after high-impact (red folder) news; profits from such trades are removed at payout
- Weekend holding: Not stated by the firm
- EAs and bots: Only proprietary EAs (self-built, running your own strategy) disclosed to support and approved before use, on every account type; commercial, commissioned, rented or shared EAs not allowed; HFT, tick scalping, latency/reverse/hedge arbitrage, emulators and signal copy trading prohibited
- Platforms: MetaTrader 5, TradeLocker
- Instruments: Forex, Indices, Metals (Gold, Silver), Energies (UK Oil, US Oil), Crypto (BTC/USD, ETH/USD), Synthetic indices (Synthetic Indices Only program)
Who Blueberry Funded suits
Blueberry Funded suits a forex trader who already sizes positions conservatively and wants a choice of one-step, two-step or instant accounts. The per-trade risk caps fit someone who risks 1% to 1.5% per idea, not someone who likes to press a winning setup.
Small accounts are well covered. Instant Lite starts at $1,250, and Prime 2-Step and Instant Elite at $2,500, so you can learn the rules on a small balance. MetaTrader 5 and TradeLocker are confirmed for the instant accounts, but the platforms for the evaluation programs couldn't be confirmed.
It's a poor fit for news traders, given the help center ban and the payout-voiding rule. It also doesn't suit anyone relying on commercial EAs or signal copy trading: only proprietary EAs you built yourself, disclosed to support and approved before use, are allowed.
How the drawdown and daily loss limits work
Take a $100,000 1-Step account. You need $10,000 of profit, the daily loss limit is 4% ($4,000 on your first day) and the maximum drawdown is a static 6%, so your floor is $94,000. Each of the 3 minimum days must make at least 0.5% on equity, or $500.
The daily limit is measured from the higher of the previous day's equity or balance. If you carry an open profit overnight, that higher equity becomes the reference, so giving the profit back the next morning counts against the new day's limit.
Once funded, 1-Step caps risk at 1.5% per trade idea, or $1,500 on $100,000, with 2% available as an add-on. Flex 1 Step goes further: on $100,000 you need $12,000 with a $12,000 static drawdown and a $3,000 daily limit, while risking no more than $1,000 per trade idea in both the evaluation and funded stages.
Prime 2-Step on $100,000 asks for $8,000 and then $6,000, with a $4,000 daily limit, a $10,000 static drawdown and no per-trade cap. The two instant accounts use what the firm calls a "Trailing Lock" drawdown, 10% on Instant Elite and 4% on Instant Lite, but how the lock works isn't detailed in the pages checked.
What Blueberry Funded costs
Every program is a one-time fee. At the $100,000 size, 1-Step lists $605, Prime 2-Step $812 and Flex 1 Step $835, while Synthetic Indices Only is $450.
Instant accounts cost more for the balance you get. A $50,000 Instant Elite is $1,500 and a $50,000 Instant Lite is $449, against $302.50 for a $50,000 1-Step evaluation.
Activation fees aren't clearly published for any program. The firm offers an account reset option and a 2% risk add-on, but the pages checked don't show what they cost, so check the total at checkout.
Payouts and profit split
Flex 1 Step pays 85%, and every other program pays 80%. Payouts run every 14 days on Flex 1 Step, 1-Step, Prime 2-Step, Instant Elite and Instant Lite, with 7-day and on-demand schedules listed as available. The payout schedule for Synthetic Indices Only isn't clearly published.
Instant accounts carry an extra condition. The firm says "All Instant Accounts operate under continuous performance validation" and that "eligibility for payouts is contingent on demonstrating consistent trading behavior over multiple trading days". Instant Elite also needs 5 days with at least 0.5% profit on equity, and Instant Lite has a 15% consistency rule.
The help center also mentions a "Risk Limiter" and a "risk limit adjustment" the firm can apply to funded accounts. Those articles weren't part of this check, so ask support how they work before you trade a funded account.
News rules, risk signals and recent changes
Trustpilot currently shows a notice on the firm's page that reads: "This company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines." The same page states: "We've removed a number of fake reviews for this company."
News trading is where the official pages conflict. The homepage comparison says news trading is "Allowed (Subject to Policy)", while the help center says "News trading is not allowed on evaluation and earning accounts". Under the help center rule, you can't open or close trades from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after high-impact (red folder) news, and profits from such trades are removed at payout.
The penalty escalates. The news policy states: "If 3 or more trades in a single payout request are considered high-impact news trading, the entire payout will be voided, and the earnings account will be reset to the starting balance." Until the firm aligns its pages, plan around the stricter help center rule.
Rules also depend on when you bought. The help center keeps separate versions for accounts bought before and after March 12, 2026 (prohibited strategies) and before and after August 17, 2026 (Instant Lite), so read the version that matches your purchase date. HFT, tick scalping, latency, reverse and hedge arbitrage, emulators and signal copy trading are prohibited.
Which Blueberry Funded program fits which trader
1-Step is the balanced one-step option, with a 10% target, a 4% daily limit and a 6% static drawdown. Flex 1 Step suits a patient trader who wants twice that drawdown and no minimum days, and who accepts a 12% target, a 3% daily limit and a 1% risk cap.
Prime 2-Step suits a trader who wants a classic two-phase format with a 10% static drawdown and no per-trade risk cap. At $2,500, it also has the smallest evaluation size in the lineup.
Instant Elite skips the evaluation, with no daily limit and a 10% trailing lock drawdown, but costs more for the balance and needs 5 days of at least 0.5% profit. Instant Lite has the smallest account, $1,250, with tight 2% daily and 4% total limits and a 15% consistency rule. Synthetic Indices Only is for traders who want synthetic indices specifically, and it carries a 30% consistency rule.
Verdict
Blueberry Funded suits a disciplined forex trader who already keeps risk per idea small and wants a static drawdown on a one- or two-step evaluation, or a very small instant account to start with. Flex 1 Step gives the most drawdown room, with a 12% static drawdown. Avoid it if you trade news, since the help center bans it and 3 news trades in one payout request can void the whole payout and reset the account, or if you rely on commercial EAs. Weigh the Trustpilot notice about a guidelines breach and removed fake reviews before you pay.
Frequently asked questions
Is Blueberry Funded legit?
It names its operator, Blueberry Markets (SVG) LLC, with an address in Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and says BBF Treasury Pty Ltd facilitates treasury services. Trustpilot currently shows a notice on its page: “This company’s rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines,” and says it has removed a number of fake reviews for the company.
Does Blueberry Funded allow news trading?
Its pages conflict. The homepage says “Allowed (Subject to Policy)”, but the help center says news trading isn’t allowed on evaluation and earning accounts, with no opening or closing trades 2 minutes before or after high-impact news. If 3 or more trades in a single payout request count as high-impact news trading, the entire payout is voided and the account is reset to its starting balance.
What is the maximum risk per trade at Blueberry Funded?
It depends on the program. Flex 1 Step caps risk at 1% per trade idea in evaluation and funded stages, while 1-Step, Instant Elite and Instant Lite cap it at 1.5% once funded. An add-on raises the cap to 2%, and Prime 2-Step has no cap.
Does Blueberry Funded allow EAs?
Only proprietary EAs that you built to run your own strategy, disclosed to support and approved before use. Commercial, commissioned, rented or shared EAs aren’t allowed, and HFT, tick scalping, latency, reverse and hedge arbitrage, emulators and signal copy trading are prohibited.
Is Blueberry Funded drawdown static or trailing?
Flex 1 Step, 1-Step, Prime 2-Step and Synthetic Indices Only use a static drawdown. Instant Elite and Instant Lite use a “Trailing Lock” drawdown, and the pages checked don’t detail how the lock works.
How often does Blueberry Funded pay out?
Every 14 days on Flex 1 Step, 1-Step, Prime 2-Step, Instant Elite and Instant Lite, with 7-day and on-demand schedules listed as available. The schedule for Synthetic Indices Only isn’t clearly published, and instant accounts must show consistent trading behavior over multiple days to be eligible for payouts.
