FunderPro sells simulated trading challenges under two named companies. FunderPro Ltd, registered in Malta (no. C 104558), is the contracting party under its Challenge terms, and FunderPro Saint Lucia Ltd provides the simulated trading services. It offers four programs on MT5, cTrader and TradeLocker: One Phase, Classic, Pro and the Instant Program.
Every account is a one-time fee, and the challenge fee may be added to your first reward once you're funded, subject to eligibility and approval. Pro stands out for its reward timing, with a daily option that lets you request a reward whenever the account is at least 1% up. The firm is also blunt about the odds: it states that only 7.35% of traders who buy a challenge pass to the funded phase.
Pros and cons
Pros
- One Phase, Classic and Pro are one-time purchases, and the Challenge terms list them as account types with no activation fee.
- Classic has a static 10% maximum drawdown, a 5% daily limit and no consistency rule, at the same price as One Phase.
- Pro's Daily Rewards option lets you request a reward whenever the account is at least 1% above its starting balance, with multiple requests a day allowed.
- Approved rewards on One Phase, Classic and Pro are typically processed within one business day.
- You can run your own EAs and bots on all three platforms, as long as you own the code.
- Company details are published: two named entities with registration numbers and addresses in Malta and Saint Lucia.
Cons
- Trustpilot currently shows two banners on FunderPro's page: 'This company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines.' and 'We've removed a number of fake reviews for this company.'
- The Challenge terms say passing doesn't guarantee a funded account (clause 11.6) and let the firm change fees, terms and rules at any time, including the conditions for passing (clause 5.4).
- Instant Program accounts can be suspended or terminated without a reward for trading the firm judges, at its sole discretion, to be irresponsible, manipulative or excessively risky.
- Official pages conflict on news trading for funded accounts, on whether any drawdown trails and on how the daily limit is measured.
- On One Phase, Classic and Pro, positions must be closed by Friday market close unless you buy the Swing add-on, whose price wasn't captured.

Who FunderPro suits
FunderPro fits a trader who wants a static drawdown and a clear, one-time price. One Phase and Classic cost the same at every size, from $69 for $5,000 to $989 for $200,000, so choosing between them comes down to rules rather than budget.
It also suits traders who want fast access to profits. Pro's Daily Rewards option and the typical one-business-day processing time are quicker than a bi-weekly cycle. If you trade with an EA or bot, you can run it on every platform provided the code is yours, though third-party EAs for tick scalping, rollover scalping or high-frequency trading are banned.
It's a weaker fit if you hold positions over the weekend on One Phase, Classic or Pro, or trade around news once funded, since both need the Swing add-on. And keep the firm's own figure in mind: 7.35% of challenge buyers reach the funded phase.
How the drawdown and daily loss rules work
Take a $100,000 Classic account, which costs $539. The maximum drawdown is 10% of the starting balance, measured on equity including open losses, so the floor sits at $90,000 and never moves. If the account grows to $108,000, the floor is still $90,000, which leaves you $18,000 of room.
The daily limit is 5%, counted from a balance snapshot taken at 5 p.m. EST. Because the snapshot uses balance, an open profit at that moment doesn't raise the day's starting point. The maximum drawdown works differently: it counts open losses, so a losing trade can breach the $90,000 floor before you close it.
One Phase is tighter at the same price, with a 10% target, a 3% daily limit and a static 6% maximum drawdown. On $100,000, two days at the full $3,000 daily limit would use all $6,000 of room. Its 40% consistency rule caps any single day at $4,000 of the $10,000 target, which is why the rules page says you need at least 3 trading days, even though the price table shows no minimum.
The Instant Program works differently, despite the homepage's 'No Trailing Drawdown' claim. Its 6% maximum drawdown moves up with end-of-day profits until it reaches the starting balance, so a $100,000 account starts with a $94,000 floor that locks at $100,000. The Instant rules base its 3% daily limit on the higher of balance or equity at 5:00 p.m. EST, while the homepage FAQ says the daily drawdown is balance based for all accounts.
What FunderPro costs
Every FunderPro account is a one-time fee. One Phase and Classic share one price list: $69 for $5,000, $219 for $25,000, $539 for $100,000 and $989 for $200,000. The Instant Program costs more for the same capital, from $79 for $5,000 to $799 for $100,000, its largest size.
Pro's price list is higher than Classic's at every size. The site data holds only one Pro price list, though, and it isn't confirmed whether the Daily and Weekly Rewards options cost the same, so check the total for the option you pick.
The Challenge terms list One Phase, Classic and both Pro options as account types with no activation fee. Whether the Instant Program has one wasn't confirmed, and the terms also define an 'Activation-Fee Account Type' that doesn't appear in the pricing table. The price row says the fee 'will be processed with 1st reward', and the FAQ says it may be added to your first reward after you get funded, subject to eligibility and approval.
Refunds are narrow: within 14 days, and only if you haven't placed a trade. The prices of the Swing add-on, the 90% split add-on and the add-on for a first reward after one week weren't captured, so budget for them separately if you need them.
Payouts and profit split
One Phase and Classic pay 80% on a bi-weekly cycle, with a first reward after one week available as an add-on at checkout. The minimum reward is $100, and approved rewards are typically processed within one business day.
Pro is advertised at up to 90%, but the conditions for reaching 90% aren't published on the pages checked. Its edge is timing. With Daily Rewards you can request a reward any time the account is at least 1% above its starting balance, and Weekly Rewards allows one request a week at 1% profit or more.
The Instant Program pays 80%, or 90% with an add-on, bi-weekly, and it adds conditions. You need at least 0.5% profit on five separate trading days, you can't request before seven trading days, and your most profitable day can't exceed 15% of the total profit requested. On $100,000, that means five days of $500 or more, and a $4,000 request can't include a day above $600.
A few caps apply on top. The first two Instant rewards are capped at 5% of the account balance, and your total funded allocation can't exceed $200,000 across challenge accounts or $100,000 across Instant accounts. Funded accounts also have a 20% margin-per-asset-class rule: the first breach is deducted from your reward with a warning, and a second closes the account.
Risk signals and rules that catch traders out
Trustpilot currently shows a banner on FunderPro's page: 'This company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines.' A second banner reads: 'We've removed a number of fake reviews for this company.' That leaves no Trustpilot rating to judge the firm by.
The Challenge terms deserve a careful read. Clause 11.6 says that after you pass the evaluation and KYC, 'the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer the Client a Funded Trader Service Agreement', so passing doesn't guarantee a funded account. Clause 5.4 reserves 'the right to change the Fee, terms, and rules of the Challenges at any time, including those for successful completion.'
The Instant Program rules list as a violation 'Any behavior that, in our sole discretion, demonstrates irresponsible, manipulative or excessively risky trading.' They also state: 'Any violation will result in immediate suspension or account termination, without entitlement to a performance reward.' The same rules cap risk at 2% per trade.
Official pages disagree on news, too. The homepage FAQ says news trading and news holding are forbidden on funded accounts unless you buy the Swing add-on, while the trading rules page and terms clause 10.1.1 only restrict trades within 2 minutes before or after high-impact news. Ask support which applies before you trade news on a funded account.
One Phase, Classic, Pro or Instant: which fits
Classic is the most forgiving of the four on paper. It has a static 10% drawdown, a 5% daily limit, no consistency rule and forex leverage of 1:100, at the same price as One Phase. In return you need 4 trading days and two targets, 10% and then 5%.
One Phase suits a trader who wants a single target and can live with a 6% static floor, a 3% daily limit and forex leverage of 1:50. The 40% consistency rule means spreading the target over at least 3 days.
Pro keeps Classic's 10% drawdown and 5% daily limit but asks for 8% in Phase 2 and adds a 45% consistency rule, in exchange for daily or weekly rewards and a split of up to 90%. The Instant Program skips the evaluation and allows weekend holding, but it has a 6% trailing drawdown, a 3% daily limit, forex leverage of 1:30 and news trading only with the Swing add-on. The rules also close an account after 30 days of inactivity.
Verdict
FunderPro makes sense for a trader who wants a one-time fee, published company details and a static drawdown, and Classic gives the most room for the money. Pick Pro if frequent rewards matter more to you than an easier Phase 2. Think twice if you swing trade over weekends or trade news once funded, since both depend on a paid add-on on the challenge programs. Also weigh the terms before you buy: passing doesn't guarantee a funded account, the rules can change at any time, and Trustpilot shows the firm's rating as unavailable after a guidelines breach.
Frequently asked questions
Is FunderPro legit?
FunderPro publishes its company details: FunderPro Ltd in Malta and FunderPro Saint Lucia Ltd in Saint Lucia. Trustpilot currently shows a banner on its page that ‘This company’s rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines.’ and another that says ‘We’ve removed a number of fake reviews for this company.’ Searches of the FCA and FINMA warning lists on September 14, 2026 found no entry for FunderPro.
Can FunderPro refuse a funded account or a reward?
Its terms leave room for it. Clause 11.6 says the firm ‘may, at its sole discretion’ offer a Funded Trader Service Agreement after you pass, and clause 5.4 lets it change the fee, terms and rules of the challenges at any time, including those for passing. On the Instant Program, trading the firm judges at its sole discretion to be irresponsible, manipulative or excessively risky is a violation, and any violation means immediate suspension or termination without a performance reward.
Is FunderPro’s drawdown static or trailing?
It’s static on One Phase (6%), Classic (10%) and Pro (10%), measured from the starting balance and including open losses. The Instant Program’s 6% drawdown trails end-of-day profits until it reaches the starting balance, even though the homepage advertises no trailing drawdown.
How often does FunderPro pay out?
One Phase and Classic pay bi-weekly at 80%, with a first reward after one week available as an add-on. Pro offers daily or weekly rewards once the account is at least 1% up. The Instant Program pays bi-weekly once its eligibility conditions are met. One Phase, Classic and Instant have a $100 minimum reward.
Can you trade news with FunderPro?
Yes during challenges, without restriction. On funded One Phase, Classic and Pro accounts, the trading rules bar trades within 2 minutes before or after restricted high-impact news unless you buy the Swing add-on, though the homepage FAQ describes a wider ban. On the Instant Program, news trading is permitted only with the Swing add-on.
Does FunderPro charge an activation fee?
Not on One Phase, Classic or Pro, which the Challenge terms list as account types with no activation fee. Whether the Instant Program has one wasn’t confirmed. All listed prices are one-time fees.
