IQ Capital (iqcapital.io) sells evaluation and funded accounts in three asset families: futures on Quantower, ATAS and DeepCharts, CFDs on MetaTrader 5 and crypto on Volumetrica IQC Trader. Its eleven programs fall into four plan families, Core, Core-DLL, Rapid and Instant. Challenge fees are one-time and run from $195 for a 50K Core futures challenge to $1,125 for a 100K Rapid challenge, instant funded accounts cost $1,745 for 50K and $3,495 for 100K, and a challenge has a 30-day window.
A few rules apply across the lineup. The drawdown trails the highest end-of-day equity and locks at the starting balance, news trading is fully allowed, and Core funded accounts pay a 90% split from the first dollar with a reward request every 10 days. Rapid funded accounts pay 80%, with requests every day on the Daily path or every 3 days on the Classic path.
Highlights and good to know
Highlights
- Core, Core-DLL and Instant funded accounts pay a 90% split from the first dollar with no tiers, and Rapid funded accounts pay 80%.
- Core and Core-DLL challenges have no minimum trading days and no consistency rule, so the $6,000 target on a 100K futures account can be reached in a single day.
- Two futures risk models at 100K for the same $475: a $6,000 drawdown with a 1% position cap, or a $3,000 drawdown with a $1,500 daily loss limit.
- News trading is fully allowed, with no extra restrictions around releases.
- Rapid futures funded accounts on the Daily path can request a reward after 1 active trading day and then every day, with no consistency rule on that path.
- CFD and crypto accounts can hold positions overnight and over the weekend, with leverage up to 50x on forex and 5x on BTC, ETH and SOL.
- Core and Instant plans each allow up to 10 accounts (Rapid: 5), and rewards are paid in USDC (ERC-20) or by bank transfer with no minimum amount.
Good to know
- Futures accounts do not hold positions overnight or over the weekend: all positions are closed automatically at 04:45 pm EST.
- Challenge, Core funded and instant accounts run in 30-day periods; an extension costs $19 on futures and $5 on CFD and crypto, and access expires if none is bought. Rapid futures funded accounts have no expiry and close after the 5th payout.
- Every reward request must meet the microscalping rule: at least 50% of trades and 50% of total profit must come from trades held longer than 15 seconds.
- EAs are allowed when the trader has full source-code access and proof of control and does not use arbitrage, HFT or latency exploitation; black-box or external commercial bots, copy trading and external signals are not permitted.
- Figures to confirm on the official pages before buying: the Rapid minimum trading days, the futures renewal ($19 or $39) and the 100K Core Futures Instant drawdown ($6,000 or $5,000). The terms of use say accounts inactive for more than 30 days may be suspended or terminated.
- Applicants must be 18 or older and pass KYC. Residents of 23 listed jurisdictions, including Russia, Iran and Venezuela, are not served, and the United States is on the accepted list.

Core, Core-DLL, Rapid and Instant side by side
Core is the base plan, and on futures it comes with two risk models. The Max Position Loss version has no daily loss limit and a drawdown of $3,000 on 50K and $6,000 on 100K; one position may lose at most 1% of the balance in the challenge and 0.5% of the starting balance once funded. Core-DLL swaps the position cap for a daily loss limit of $1,000 on 50K and $1,500 on 100K, with drawdowns of $2,000 and $3,000. Both challenges have $3,000 / $6,000 targets, no minimum trading days and no consistency rule.
Rapid keeps the same targets with a $2,000 drawdown on 50K and $3,000 on 100K, a 40% consistency rule in the challenge and, per the help center, 3 minimum trading days. Its price list is $675 and $1,125. Its funded stage is the distinctive part: reward requests can come daily, or every 3 days on the Classic path, instead of every 10 days, at an 80% split.
Instant accounts skip the evaluation and start funded, at $1,745 for 50K and $3,495 for 100K. They follow the Core reward rules (90% split, first request after 10 active trading days, 30% consistency) and exist in both futures risk models plus crypto and CFD versions.
Floor arithmetic on a 50K Core account
Take the $195 Core Futures Challenge at 50K, where the drawdown is $3,000. The floor starts at $47,000. It is recalculated once a day after the New York close (about 5:15 pm EST) and follows the highest end-of-day equity: a day that closes at $51,200 moves it to $48,200, and a later dip does not lower it. A close at $53,000 lifts it to $50,000, the starting balance, and it stops moving. After the first reward it stays at the starting balance permanently. If equity falls below the floor, the account closes.
Position size is the second lever. The 1% cap is about $500 on a $50,000 balance in the challenge and $250 (0.5% of the starting balance) once funded. The first two violations close the position and leave the account open; the third closes the account. Contract limits are 5 minis or 50 micros at 50K and 10 minis or 100 micros at 100K.
On Core-DLL, reaching the daily limit ($1,000 at 50K, $1,500 at 100K) is a hard breach that closes the account. At 100K both futures plans cost $475, so the choice is a $6,000 drawdown with a position cap or a $3,000 drawdown with a daily limit; at 50K the DLL version costs $245.
Futures, CFD and crypto under one roof
The asset family changes the clock and the numbers. Futures positions are closed automatically at 04:45 pm EST each day, while CFD and crypto positions can be held overnight and over the weekend. Futures targets equal 6% of the balance ($3,000 on 50K). Core CFD and Core crypto challenges ask $4,000 on 50K, $8,000 on 100K and $16,000 on 200K (8%), with drawdowns of $3,000, $6,000 and $10,000. The Rapid Crypto Challenge table lists a $3,000 target on 50K, which is 6%.
CFD and crypto accounts state leverage by asset class instead of contract counts: forex up to 50x and indices and commodities up to 25x on CFDs, BTC, ETH and SOL up to 5x and other coins up to 3x on crypto. Platforms follow the same split: MetaTrader 5 for CFDs, Volumetrica IQC Trader for crypto, and Quantower, ATAS or DeepCharts for futures, with Tradovate, TradingView and NinjaTrader offered on the Core-DLL plans.
What each path costs before the first reward
On the Core futures Max Position Loss plan, $195 plus the $129 activation fee paid after passing makes $324 at 50K; the Daily Loss Limit plan is $245 plus $129, or $374. At 100K both plans are $475 plus $149, or $624. Core CFD and crypto share one price list: $199 plus $129 is $328 at 50K, $445 plus $149 is $594 at 100K and $999 plus $999 is $1,998 at 200K.
Rapid plans cost $675 and $1,125, and the Rapid pages name no activation fee; the same holds for the instant accounts, which have no evaluation stage.
A challenge extension costs $19 on futures or $5 on CFD and crypto, a new funded account after a hard breach costs $299 at 50K and $599 at 100K on Core and Instant plans, and a reduced reset fee exists for a breached challenge (no amount is published). Futures renewals are $19 per 30 days on the pricing page and plan tables; a $39 figure on the FAQ and general rules pages is tied by the help center to older accounts on the previous data feed.
Reward caps and the 10-day cycle
Core, Core-DLL and Instant accounts share one payout table. A first request is possible after 10 active trading days, where a day counts once a trade has been placed, with no minimum profit per day. A request can take at most 50% of the profits, within caps by reward number: on 100K, $2,000 for rewards 1 and 2, $2,500 for rewards 3 and 4 and $3,000 from reward 5; on 50K, $1,500, $2,000 and $2,500. There is no minimum amount.
The 30% consistency rule decides how much profit must exist before a request. A best day of $900 needs total profit of at least $3,000 ($900 divided by 0.30), and 50% of that is $1,500, under the $2,000 cap for the first two rewards on 100K. The rule resets after each reward and is recalculated from the next-best day.
Rapid futures funded accounts run on two paths. The Daily path pays every day from one active trading day with no consistency rule, and carries a daily loss limit of $1,000 on 50K and $1,500 on 100K whose first breach is soft. The Classic path pays every 3 days with a 40% consistency rule and no daily loss limit. Both pay 80% and close the account after the fifth payout, so five requests at the caps add up to $6,500 on the Daily path of a 50K account and $10,000 on the Classic path of the same 50K account.
Verdict
IQ Capital fits a trader who wants futures, CFD and crypto accounts from one firm and cares how risk is capped. Core suits one-day passes and a 90% split, with a choice between a position cap and a daily limit; Rapid suits daily reward requests at 80%; Instant starts funded at $1,745 for 50K or $3,495 for 100K. The planning inputs are the end-of-day trailing floor, the 30% consistency rule, the microscalping rule and the 04:45 pm EST futures close.

Frequently asked questions
How much does the IQ Capital Core Futures Challenge cost?
The Max Position Loss plan costs $195 for 50K and $475 for 100K; the Daily Loss Limit plan costs $245 for 50K and $475 for 100K. Passing leads to an activation fee of $129 on 50K and $149 on 100K, which makes $324 and $624 on the Max Position Loss plan before the first reward.
What is the difference between Core and Core-DLL at IQ Capital?
Core caps each position at 1% of the balance in the challenge (0.5% when funded), has no daily loss limit and allows drawdowns of $3,000 on 50K and $6,000 on 100K. Core-DLL has a daily loss limit of $1,000 on 50K and $1,500 on 100K, with drawdowns of $2,000 and $3,000.
How does the IQ Capital drawdown work?
It trails end-of-day equity. The floor sits one drawdown amount below the highest end-of-day equity, is recalculated after the New York close and stops rising at the starting balance. On a 50K Core account with a $3,000 drawdown, it starts at $47,000.
How often can you withdraw from an IQ Capital funded account?
Core, Core-DLL and Instant accounts allow a request every 10 days, starting after 10 active trading days, for up to 50% of profits within the reward caps. Rapid futures funded accounts allow daily requests on the Daily path or every 3 days on the Classic path, up to five payouts. Payment is by USDC (ERC-20) or bank transfer.
Can you hold trades overnight or over the weekend at IQ Capital?
Not on futures accounts, where all positions are closed automatically at 04:45 pm EST. CFD and crypto accounts can hold positions overnight and over the weekend, with leverage up to 50x on forex, 25x on indices and commodities, 5x on BTC, ETH and SOL and 3x on other cryptocurrencies.
Does IQ Capital allow news trading, EAs and scalping?
News trading is fully allowed. Own EAs are allowed with full source-code access; black-box bots, copy trading and external signals are not. Scalping falls under a microscalping rule: for reward requests, at least 50% of trades and 50% of profit must come from trades held longer than 15 seconds.

Applicants must be 18 or older and pass KYC. The firm does not serve residents or nationals of 23 listed countries and territories, including Russia, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, Syria and Cuba. The United States, United Kingdom and Vietnam appear on its accepted-jurisdictions list.
